SHIPPING POLICY

At Ex Model Co., we believe in keeping things simple. We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
FREE SHIPPING
All orders placed on exmodelco.com ship free within the United States.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. We currently ship to all 50 US states.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Ex Model Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address provided on the order. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we'll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at exmodelcoministry@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
ADDRESS ERRORS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at exmodelcoministry@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
